About Nick
Nick is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist with deep roots in the Southern Downs community.

With strong local connections and a genuine commitment to regional health access, he is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services to the community he proudly calls home.
Over many years of clinical practice, Nick has developed particular expertise in working with adults with complex disability, neurological conditions, spinal cord injury, progressive disease and age-related functional decline. He is recognised for his ability to conduct comprehensive, real-world functional assessments and translate clinical findings into clear, practical and defensible recommendations that support safety, independence and meaningful participation in everyday life.

As a Driver Trained Occupational Therapist, Nick provides thorough off-road and on-road driving assessments in accordance with current medical and licensing standards, ensuring safety, independence and regulatory compliance.

His assessments are structured, clinically reasoned and aligned with funding criteria across NDIS, Support at Home, NIISQ and other funding bodies. He understands the importance of producing documentation that is comprehensive, evidence-based and capable of withstanding review.
Through his leadership at Warwick Occupational Therapy, Nick is committed to improving access to specialist adult occupational therapy services in regional and rural Queensland. He travels extensively to ensure people outside metropolitan areas receive the same level of detailed assessment and clinical expertise available in larger centres.
